PowerPoint has become so integrated into teaching that I sometimes can't imagine a class without a PowerPoint. For camp, though, I got to teach a class on public speaking, but there was no projector to use PowerPoint. I think my lesson plan was actually better for it because I had to get creative with the visuals of my presentation. I used banner paper to display concepts, and I had the kids write on post-its and stick them on the wall. It forced the kids to pay more attention to me than the PowerPoint. I kind of like presenting sans PowerPoint
